OUR FOUNDER:
For 31 years I've worked in two rooms most consultants never enter together: the executive boardroom and the pastoral study. The leaders in both rooms are asking the same question: "How do I lead the people entrusted to me, raise up the next generation to carry what I've built, and steward it all well?" I walk with pastors, executives, and leadership teams through the seasons most consultants won't touch: organizational revitalization, transitions, developing emerging leaders, and the conflicts that have to be resolved before anything else can move forward. The goal is building something that keeps producing what it was made to produce — and raising leaders who carry that work forward — long after you're no longer the one leading it.
