For 31 years I've worked in two rooms most consultants never enter together: the executive boardroom and the pastoral study. The leaders in both rooms are asking the same question: "How do I lead the people entrusted to me, raise up the next generation to carry what I've built, and steward it all well?" I walk with pastors, executives, and leadership teams through the seasons most consultants won't touch: organizational revitalization, transitions, developing emerging leaders, and the conflicts that have to be resolved before anything else can move forward.
